Free software

Adobe Creative Cloud

All ITGS, DP Computer Science and Film CCA students at TES can have the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of programs installed on their personal devices. The software can be installed on Windows or Macs, and is available in three installation packages.

Check with your teacher that you are eligible to have the software installed then take your laptop to the IT technicians (room 2307). At the moment there is no option for you to install the software yourself, so if you have a desktop computer you will have to bring the tower in to school to have the software installed.

What if I’m not eligible? If you need the software for school work or learning, talk to Mr Greenwood (room 1325) about getting a license. Licenses are limited, but there are some spares.

Free webspace and online sandbox

All TES Computing students can request webspace on the school’s server. This includes having anything from the Softaculous collection of open source online web apps installed to play around with. To request your webspace, talk to your teacher.

Subscriptions and journal databases

TES students have access to the following subscriptions and journal databases for use in their studies. For access details, please talk to your teacher.
